Yard Waste on City Streets Reminder:

REMINDER: grass/yard waste blown onto City streets and highways is a violation of Stockton City Code Ordinance 543. Please take care to remove all yard debris from City streets and highways within the City limits after mowing as it is a hazard to motorist. Violators will be ticketed.

Tornado Siren Testing Scheduled - Expect Sirens to Sound.

Tornado Siren Testing is scheduled for the second Wednesday of each month at 10:00 a.m. weather permitting.

City Hall Cleaning Bids

2019 City Hall Cleaning Contract: The City of Stockton is currently taking bids on cleaning City Hall. Deadline to submit is August 23 by 4:00 p.m. and bids will be opened during open session at the next Council meeting scheduled for August 27 at 6:00 at City Hall. Bid specs are available in person at 1424 South Street or online under forms.

OWNERS OF DOGS WITHOUT PROPER TAGS RESIDING IN THE CITY LIMITS OF STOCKTON WILL BE FINED. THE STOCKTON DOG SHELTER WILL NO LONGER RELEASE DOGS WITHOUT PROOF OF PROPER TAGS. Dog tags are available for $8.00 through January 31, 2019. Tags purchased after January 31^st, 2019 will be $10.00. Fees collected for tags are for the maintenance of the City Dog Shelter.
