NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City of Stockton, Missouri, will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 10, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. at City Hall, Stockton, to discuss the proposed annexation of the property located just south of 1455 South Street on the west side of Highway 39 in Stockton into the City limits of Stockton. Purpose: This hearing will allow all interested persons to voice support, objections, or concerns regarding the city’s intent to annex this property into the City’s limits per the property owner’s request. Property Legal Description: Between 1 and 2.4 acres in a tract of land in the SW4 south of 1455 South Street on the west side of highway 39
